High-temperature brazing metal powder
Superalloy refers to high-temperature metal materials that work for a long time above 760-1500 °C and under certain stress conditions, with excellent high-temperature strength, good oxidation resistance and hot corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, fracture toughness and other comprehensive properties, and has become an irreplaceable key material for the hot end components of military and civilian gas turbine engines. At present, the widely used superalloy powder materials are mainly iron-based superalloy powder, nickel-based superalloy powder and cobalt-based superalloy powder, which are widely used in 3D printing, laser cladding and other processes.
