Laser One is the DED laser feeding additive manufacturing equipment independently developed by Rongsu.L1 equipped with VEAM six-laser coaxial feeding printing system, each laser beam can be independently adjusted, combined with non-uniform energy distribution technology to improve deposition efficiency while reducing energy and heat input by more than 40%, thereby improving the quality of printed products.Additionally,the roughness of the finished product can reach up to 5μm.Configured with blue light melt pool camera monitoring,melt pool dynamics are visible,to ensure the stability of the printing process;integrated design to realize the water-gas-wire-optical-electrical all-in-one. Adopting the full closed-loop precision wire feeding system,the whole process of wire feeding is stable and smooth, compatible with 0.8-1.2mm diameter wires,and the wire utilization rate is 100%.
