Porous breathable materials can be applied in scenarios such as shoe molds and high-temperature cooling. Through the cooling effect of porous breathability, the component temperature is reduced, enhancing the product's lifespan and reliability. The Deep Blue Aerospace additive manufacturing research and development team has successfully utilized LPBF technology to manufacture porous breathable materials with uniformly distributed pores and adjustable pore sizes. This innovation helps avoid potential issues encountered in traditional methods of creating porous structures, such as uneven porosity and difficulties in manufacturing complex-shaped pores. This research outcome is user-friendly and can be widely applied in components with complex geometric shapes.
