Ceramic 3D printing machine is used to get precise ceramic products via 3D printing theory and high viscosity slurry of ceramic- photosensitive resin.
This machine is mainly applied to pruduce complex parts which isn’t easily manufactured by traditional method, such as high temperature resistant aerospace devices, automotive engine components, chemical reactor, medical implants and luxuries etc.
3.Feature
The machine mainly includes Laser Galvanometer Scanner System, Spray feeding mechanism and Scraper system.
The process is 3D printing---degreasing ---sintering,it has the characteristics of high strength and precision, also with sufficient material utilization ratio.
4.Parameter
--Workpiece dimension:96×54×100mm
--Min. layer thickness:25 µm
--Laser:UV laser,wavelength 405nm
--Materials:zirconia ceramic,aluminum oxide ceramic,HAP etc.
